Are you ripe for change?
First we learn how to hear your needs, how stop practicing distraction and listen long enough to understand what your body is trying to tell you.
I currently have two offerings designed to help folks suffering from Burnout develop sustainable life changes.
We will operate in most weather. Enjoy the rain kissing your face or the sun warming your hair. Feel the texture of the air and be curious.
These changes aren’t fast. Quick is not sustainable. If you want to heal from moving too fast for too long you need to learn to slow down. I’m here to help you trust yourself and to practice these new skills.
Then I show you how to develop a relationship with your surroundings, rooted in nature, to support your new direction.

Hear the Self
$120/person (introductory rate)In this 2-3 hour session we start with playful movement and a grounding exercise where I discuss our energetic impact on the land.
Then we’ll introduce ourselves to the flowers, trees, and dirt. During a mindful walk along a forest trail I will help you hear and decipher lessons from the landscape and from your self.
Moving with intention and focus, we will develop an individualized plan for sustainable self restoration.
Return to the Senses
$90/person (introductory rate)
Set aside 1-2 hours for this offer. We start with playful movement and a grounding exercise to build a container for your restoration practice.
After a brief introduction to the landscape we will practice deep presence with the a mindful walk along a forest trail. I will help you hear and decipher lessons from the landscape while focusing on your breath and step.
I end the session by leading you in a visual meditation to help integrate your rest.
“Being a parent is a lot of logistics. I want to take this practice of deep observation to my children. Simply witness their beauty rather than influencing or managing them.”
